Delete your Toodly account

App: Toodly (app.toodly), by Digital Highrise Ltd

You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in about ten seconds. Nothing is held back and nothing needs approval from us.

In the app

1. Open Toodly and tap Me at the bottom.
2. In the Account card, tap Delete account.
3. Tap it a second time to confirm. That is it. The account is gone straight away.

If you cannot get into the app

Email hello@toodly.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every task, note, date, reminder and category you saved.
• Your categories shared with other people, and your membership of anyone else's shared lists.
• Any calendar feed link you created. It stops working immediately.

All of it is removed at once, not marked for later.

What is not deleted, and why

• Anonymous analytics. These were never tied to your name or email, so there is nothing to trace back to you. They are deleted on a 12 month cycle.
• Purchase records. Google Play and our billing provider keep proof of payment because tax law says they must. We cannot delete those, and neither can they.
• Tasks on other people's shared lists. If you added a task to a list someone else owns, it stays on their list.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel Toodly Pro. Google Play handles the money, so cancel there: open the Play Store, tap your picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Toodly, then Cancel.

Just want the app off your phone?

Uninstalling removes the copy on your phone. If you have an account, your tasks stay in it so you get them back when you sign in again. Use Delete account above if you want them gone for good.
